I don't know what all the hype is about small pox.  First of all there are only
two sources of small pox available anywhere in the world. One is at the CDC in
Atlanta, and the other is in Russia at their equivalent facility.  Russia has
stated that their's is secure and there is now way for it to get loose.  That
only leaves the US government supply.  So if the government is threatening a
smallpox attack, it would have to be from the government itself.  This is
possible, just like it turned out the anthrax mailings were from the US army,
but if they are spreading small pox on purpose, that will be the least of our
worries.
