The Water Cure isn't a one time flush. It's supposed to be done daily, forever, to keep you hydrated and your system flushed over the long term and to prevent and help with different ailments. If you're interested, you can find info about The Water Cure at www.curezone.com . I didn't realize there was such a thing as a "saltwater flush", but it makes sense that my system could possibly be reacting from a smaller dose of that program.
I mainly wanted to ensure that I wasn't causing any toxic reactions in my system from following a dose of CS with the sea salt water or vice versa. (Would CS and natural sea salt even form silver chloride or anything else toxic?) Thanks so much for your input....
