I don't have major sinus "problems" Just the occasional sinus headache
in the springtime.
CS in a sprayer works if you get the angle just right. It's hard to
actually get CS INTO the sinus cavities.
Another good way is to sit upside down on a couch with head where feet are
supposed to be and drip and fair amount of CS into the nose. Stay in that
position for 5 minutes or so.
When you feel your eyes sting a little, you have flooded the sinuses.
BTW, next to injections, inhaling anything is the most direct way to get
stuff into the bloodstream.
CS shines in respect to lung infections etc when inhaled.
I've known a few people with chronic lung infection that the docs
couldn't touch completely clear the infection up with nothing more than an
atomizer and a bit of cough supression training. [Inhale the droplets and
try not to cough]
Nebulizers do better because the droplets are smaller and don't trigger
the cough response.

Hi Kim, I don't know much about sinus except that it
evidently hurts.
There are listers who have attacked the problem with
straight CS in a mister spray bottle with satisfactory
results, and in a short time.
Ken didn't you have the problem?

PS You might want to look in the archives
for sinus.
