I got over my allergies by eating local honey because it's supposed to have the local pollen in it. Later, I would just lick my windshield once. Worked for me. No more allergic reactions. The pollen can get so thick around here that it looks like a yellow wind blowing. The rivers run yellow! It still works something like breathing pepper but it's a not an 'allergic' thing anymore.
