Hi Mike,

We use 3 PWT meter readings and average them for every SG7 Pro we
manufacture.  I subtract the initial DW reading from the final reading and
consider that as the PPM at the end of the production cycle.  After the CS
is at least 24 hours old it will show a drop in uS of about 15-20%.  So, in
the ancillary instructions I supply with each meter, I tell them to either
take the reading minus the DW as the probable amount at the end of the cycle
or wait a day and use the correction factor.

We don't use the meters to calibrate our other generators but instead use a
test jig and calibrate using measured voltage drops across the electrodes
for the "LOW" and "HIGH" settings of the dial.
