Hello all, Drinking a few Oz of 10 PPM Silver sol daily for several months will probably stop you from having any herpes outbreaks at all.
Several people I know, including myself, who had recurrent lesions, some oral and some genital, no longer have outbreaks. The crystals are fat soluble so must be taken with a high fat meal or you can dissolve them in oil and take that, and use it to apply topically. I generally dissolve 1000 mg per 1 Tablespoon of oil. I live Solaray Multidophilous as it has a good range of species. I have heard that you can take Chapparal for 30 days and eliminate it from your body. Have not tried it yet as I have not had an outbreak in a couple years. The last one I had was pretty bad though and I did all of the above, including 750 mg Olive Leaf every two hours for a few days. Funny thing is that the last place it broke out on my lip still tingles and throbs, the front tooth on that side also, when I am really stressed, tired or sick, but no blister? I have had it since I was 16 yo, am 49 now.
