I have the pulse generator alreay.

The patents call for parallel plates spaced 1 mm apart and alternate plates are
energized with the opposite polarity.  I looked at ways to build this, and
decided that purchasing an old ham air variable tuner would be a lot less costly
and easier than trying to construct anything myself.
