I don't remember where to find the full and original BYU report or even
if the following tidbit from [oft faulty] memory was from that
report...perhaps its a conclusion made from a combination of reports...but
this sticks in the grey matter....
 Concentrations of 1 PPB [parts per billion] were effective in killing
microbes in test tubes.  The difference was in how long it took to get a
full kill indicating that the silver was not 'used up' in the process.
 It took 6 minutes at 3 PPM.
