Hello,

I have purchased a Canadian maple leaf $5 coin and a1oz.silver bullion bar.
I already have a 28vac converter from a garrett metal detector battery charger and was wondering if one can use a AC converter instead of DC currrent to make CS?
Thanks. Dennis

at startup, readings are usuall about .22 ma and 25.7 vdc . i run it till i
read about 1.35 - 1.40 ma and around 28.2vdc. the batch has an adequate
tyndall effect, no sludge and remains clear with no sludge. stirred by
aquarium bubbler. all done in a glass gallon jug.

Hi Wayne,

Why not spend the $50 and get yourself a conductance meter?

indicator of current flow which allows the rejection of inferior water.
