The glycerin, even in natural toothpastes, takes 27 rinses to rinse off your teeth. It actually promotes the formation of plaque and bacteria in your mouth. And it forms a barrier, since most of us do not rinse 27 times, that prevents valuable nutrients from reaching the teeth, which can remineralize if given the right conditions. Yes you can heal a cavity! Even my dentist says this is true.
CS and H2O2 sounds good until you actually taste it. Personaly it is too much for me, the H2O2 that is, to use regularly as a tooth cleanser. CS I do use as a rinse and sometimes with DMSO to hold in my mouth or compress an abcess.
