Yes, solubility depends on the chloride ion concentration, and as this
concentration increases, the solubility decreases (unless the concentration
increases enough to cause chloride complexes).  So the additional silver 
carbonate
would cause a decrease in the solubility of the silver oxide and silver 
hydroxide,
and vice versa.
