Wendy, Do you have any other symptoms? Eye twitching is a common symtom of babesia which is a co-infection of lyme disease. You can go to www.lymenet.org on their discussion board for detailed information about the symptoms and treatment of the various lyme bugs.
Some people use CS in their treatment of lyme, but it is not known to be a widespread treatment protocol.
