I wouldn't worry too much about honey. This suggestion has been around for a very long time and dates back to when many people were still using salt as a "starter" to speed things up. When making low concentration CS with pure silver and distilled water only, you don't *need* to do anything to "structure" the water. Whether it's of any use or not, I don't know.
