For the "alst test" using NaOCl, I couldn't find any equations but it looks like it is probably 2Ag(+) + 2NaOCl --> 2Na(+) + O2 + 2AgCl So the oxygen is just stuck on like O3 and H2O2, which is why household bleach decomposes fairly rapidly.
