I have found using an ultrasonic humidifier with CS for stopping Pneumonia
from developing worked wonders.Then I learned about taking the herb
Fenugreek for mucous in the lungs.I don't have Cystic F.per se,but have a
precursor to it.This produces a lot of mucous in my lungs.In the past I
would have to have ABX for Bronchial pneumonia.Since using above protocol
for the last 10 + years ,no more Pneumonia,no ABX.The Humidifier was used
only when I felt the tightness in my chest coming on.But, I still take the
Fenugreek ,3/day,as there is still a small amount of extra mucous which is a
bit annoying;throat clearing,hoarse voice,etc.
ABX= Anti-biotics
