Dear Mark, Please calm down. Some of what you've said seems to contradict the thrust of the various quotes you've posted, so I'm not sure I know what you're trying to say. I think answering Craig Chamberlain's questions would help us all understand what you mean.

Then you post a quote that warns us that any legislation should be evaluated by the greatest possible abuse that could be committed with it by our worst enemies. So which is it, threat or not?
