Yes David the CS is my best help and also for the grandchildren.
I filled up a nose-drop bottle and now with the flue it was easy to use for
the cold wet -noses.The influenza is here at the moment....a bad flue.But I
feel good...with the CS..wonderfull!!!!
Also the D-Mannose is alsoooooo helpfull .I learned much on this forum.(Very
good for woman with IC...REALLY)
I try to get D-Mannose from Now Foods...the drugstore will sell it about
some time...now it comes from England..expensive ,but MUCH better than the
anti-biotics the regular doctor always prescribed.
It takes some time,but I tell the whole world of these good
products.Collodial silver and D-Mannose.
I bought Coll.Gold in Belgium...by mail...and my stiff fingers feeling
better.I wish to make it my self.

Is this a good water ...I am still on earth...so I hope this is a good

I bought in in the supermarket...it is almost the same as in Holland
,but now a 5 ltr can...instead of 1 ltr....so cheaper...and a clear
water too.
