Hi Ruth,
I think I know something that would help your condition, and that is
juicing. If you can get a juicer and start juicing, I am thinking that could
help you a lot. A good recipe for you is celery, carrots, and an apple. This
would help you to clean-out your colon and get it back in shape over time.
Read-up on the benefits. I have a Champion juicer I got over the net for
about $200.00. There are cheaper ones out there.

Celery is loaded with natural sodium (the type your body actually needs).

I was studying my condition yesterday and I have come to the conclusion that
mine is probably due to a low or insufficient adrenal function.  You may
have that problem also. I have to do more reading on it.
