I don't think he wanted it in SIMS, but rather wanted to know how hard it
would be to PUT in, because he is probably getting comments from Spammers
that they can't add checking code like that to their own SMTP servers
because it would be too hard to do. So if it is something that can be
added to SIMS easily (a product that does WAY more than simple SMTP
sends), then it stands to reason that home brewed smtp spamming software
should be able to add the check just as easily.
