I mis-read the original message, composed a reply, then re-read it 
before I figured out what was meant.

I also can't see any reason for SIMS to have this option, but what 
would be interesting would be for SIMS to have a configurable banner 
(i.e. so that a SIMS admin could put "NO UCE" [or even "HELLO, 
NURSE!"] in the banner).
