This is progress though. It is good to see the development of an
underlying presumption that NO UCE banners are real perils that spammers
need to actively deal with.

You have to edit one of the strings inside the SIMS application. Open it
up in ResEdit, go to Resource #STR 133, 6 and change it to what ever you
want, including having NO UCE. Don't make it too long though.
