Using an RBL with SIMS is a two step process. First, the desired rbl site(s) must be entered in the RBL Server List under SMTP settings: relays.osirusoft.com "optional text information" Separately, you must include in your SIMS blacklist the A record that is expected to be returned by the RBL lookup. For example, 127.0.0.2, which should be returned by relays.osirusoft.com for a verified open relay. 127.0.0.3 is supposedly returned for a dialup spam source. Since SIMS can parse a dash-delimited range of IPs, to be pretty much all inclusive you can put 127.0.0.2-127.0.0.10 in the blacklist. I do not know what minimum version of SIMS you have to have to be able to do all this. But I think it's been around for a while.
