Sorry Scott, you lost me there...

But Bill was referring to relays.osirusoft.com which is the composite 
of all *.relays.osirusoft.com sub-zones. If any one sub-zone suddenly 
causes high collateral damage that affects relays.osirusoft.com as a 
whole.

However, apart from that one openlists.relays.osirusoft.com episode, 
which was got under control quickly, and some from 
spews.relays.osirusoft.com, there's otherwise very little collateral 
damage from the other sub-zones (such as 
spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com), and everyone is free to use either 
relays.osirusoft.com or pick'n'mix from the individual subzones.
