Step 1:  Go to http://www.google.com
Step 2:  Enter "RBL Osirusoft" (the names of two common blacklists; 
remember "RBL" is a service of MAPS and is servicemarked/trademarked)
Step 3:  Check the first few results.

It's amazing what a search engine can produce.
