'No relay address is accessable' implies that there's something wrong with
the DNS for the domain name of the recipient's e-mail address (i.e., like
there are no MX records for the domain). Since you've obfuscated the domain
and IP addresses, it's difficult to diagnose further. You might try using
just 'domain.com' rather than 'se.domain.com', though, on the chance that
se.domain.com is a host name that doesn't have an MX, but that the MX for
domain.com covers it.
