The Account here refers to the name of the account in the general tab of
the account properties section of OE.  It's only used to display the
account in my OE.  Changing this account to something else, such as the
SIMS user name, or email address doesn't solve the problem.  The user
name, password, SMTP server and POP server entries in OE seem to be OK.
(I can receive mail).  Thanks.
