What server product do others recommend? My only requirement is that it be free (or darn near it).
postfix running under OS X or FreeBSD would be my recommendation. Others will recommend exim, which as I understand it would be fine as well. It will do content based rejection, multiple domains, and is free. I don't know if any multiple domain support is "better" than SIMS. SIMS has some advantages, I think.
