I think Apple's tool is only for OSX Server. I'm not aware of anything Apple
provides for the regular version of OSX except just having Postfix there.

One thing I forgot to mention - Postfix Enabler also installs freeware POP
and IMAP servers (from UW). Apple only provides those servers with OSX
server.
