A PTR record goes in a RDNS zone. Your IP address of 68.165.138.75 has a host name of h-68-165-138-75.nycmny83.covad.net

A PTR Record is just a reverse DNS correct? (I looked it up to double
check, and that is still my understanding). I do in fact have that set
for my mail server.
