If this is all about a confusion between SIMS and EIMS 2.2.2, then I regret having given any thought to it at all. Glenn Anderson claims that EIMS 2.2.2 can be totally secured from relay and since I have no means of testing that claim, I won't challenge it. I'm certainly not going to spend money on an antique product just to find a hole in it...
