My take on it:
I'd be rather surprised if Bill's computer could do it today...unless, perhaps, his last name is Gates...and he's had it specially made. A decade from now...not too surprising, at least not given today's knowledge. Two decades from now? Not surprising. Three decades from now? If it can't do it, why not?
