I would be interested to know if there are a group of PhD students
researching this field or other discussion forums that would help me
to formulate my research question. I am more in the philosophical

i do my study in but I wont mind developing simulations and tests in
virtual worlds.
One of my colleagues is a professor in Istanbul teaching media
design. She has built a venue in SL for our phd program and she has
extraordinary design talent. One of her former students is in Sweden
working on a masters in "experience design," an exciting field. I
think that if I were to introduce you to these two, you might be able
to make some further connections that could take you were you want to head.

circle, then that is a closed-system perspective. If you study what
is inside the circle and everything outside the circle, then that is
an open system perspective. - Buckminster Fuller
