Yes. SIP allows any MIME entity as a body. Since multiparts are themselves
valid MIME entities, they are allowed.

No, there is no predefined list. Usage of SDP is specified, but other body
types could find use (and indeed, have found use, like the ISUP MIME types).
SIP mechanisms allow a client to indicate what types it supports to the
server, to ensure interoperability.
