Is there anything that states requirements for processing of
particular MIME entities embedded in a multipart body?
(I don't recall seeing any.)

Specifically, consider an INVITE that would normally carry
and SDP body. Now suppose that there is reason to send other
content as well, so that a multipart body is required.
Are there any rules regarding where the SDP must be placed?
- first child of the multipart?
- any immediate child of the multipart?
- arbitrarily nested in the multipart?

What if there are multiple parts present of type SDP?

Seems like there ideally should be at most one immediate child
entity of the multipart that explicitly carries a
content-disposition of "session". The presence of more than
one probably ought to be an error. In the absence of one,
perhaps the results should be undefined.
