Presumably, it will send a "200 OK (CANCEL)" to respond to the CANCEL req-
uest and a "487 Request Terminated" to respond to the REGISTER request.
Note that if the Registrar has already issued a "200 OK (REGISTER)" to the
REGISTER request before it got the CANCEL, the CANCEL has no impact on
further processing. The Registrar will still issue a "200 OK (CANCEL)" to
respond to the CANCEL transaction.
