if Registrar has issued an (200 OK, REGISTER) before
getting the CANCEL is fine, but the registrar going
ahead and sending a (200 OK, CANCEL) to respond to the
CANCEL transaction does'nt fit here as .....
(2xx reponses are usually used to indicate that the
action was succesfully received, understood and
accepted .... (pg 39 bis-02)
here even though the CANCEL is received and
understood, but it is still not accepted (but ignored)
and i dont see any (XXX) response (1-6) which would
match the scenario.. so may be a 7xx which would say
that even
though the action was received and understood, but
still ignored (a variation from 2XX).
