In draft-ietf-sipping-service-examples-02.txt, section 2.8 Call Forwarding - No Answer,
When Proxy forwards 180 from B1 (F4 and F5), an early dialog is established (as the to tag is added here). The Proxy then sends another 180 from B2 (F11 and F12), which establishes another early dialog. This (second part of the call) gets connected and the INVITE transaction completes successfully. But the first early dialog does not gets completed and it gets cleaned up upon timeout. My question is, does the 487 (F8) sent by B1 be forwarded to User A, as otherwise the first early dialog will gets cleaned up only after timeout?
