I am trying to write a mini 3 party call control application. I always thought If i send an INVITE request without and SDP i still should get an "200 OK" back, but when i do that using Kphone 4.03 or snom 200 i dont get a "200 OK" response.
Is my assumption true (i.e. if i send an invite request without an SDP should i get a response)?
if yes, then does anyone know why am not getting it?
