SIP Proxies route SIP messages unchanged, Back to Back User Agents appear as just another SIP endpoint
and can modify the message however they like.
B2BUA’s can act as gateway to the PSTN, a simple SIP filter or even a SIP Proxy
B2BUA is "Call statefull"
