Is the magic cookie "z9hG4bK" in the "Via" branch parameter value case sensitive or case insensitive? RFC 3261 ABNF defines the branch parameter as "token". In addition, the description states, "Unless otherwise stated, tokens are case-insensitive" and section 7.3.1, "Header Field Format" corroborates this. I've been doing comparisons in a case-insensitive way. Should the magic cookie comparison be case-sensitive?
