Hi All, I need to know the following.
- Is it common in SIP world to use NOTIFY message out side of a dialog for Voice Mail Applications? As per the RFC-3265 NOTIFY can not be out side of a dialog. But if VMS, Softswitch and SIP Endpoint vendors are following the RFC-3265 for Subscriber-Notification mechanizm? thanks in advanced, -- Hemal B.
