Hi Arif,

ACK for 2xx is a kind of "pseudo" transaction: it does get a new branch 
parameter in Via but does not follow any of the state machines (since there 
is no response to ACK). A proxy server would only receive ACK to 2xx if it 
added a Record-Route header, it will always forward it statelessly
