Hi Poojan, "If the value of the Session-Expires header field is lower than the value of the Min-SE header field."
This sentence means comparing session timer value received in request with Min-SE configured in Proxy. i.e Compare Session-Expires value 100 with Min-SE value configured at proxy which is 90. So the excerpt from 4028 doesn't hold correct for the above scenario. Please correct if my understanding is wrong.
