Refer to RFC 3261; section 10.2

From: The From header field contains the address-of-record of the
           person responsible for the registration.  The value is the
           same as the To header field unless the request is a third-
           party registration.

The below mentioned REGISTER is an example of self-registration.

In Register message.. "To" and "From address" are same.It using contact
message to Repond back.Any reason behind this why "From" and "To address"
are same in register message..

Here From and To both are same..Pls clear my doubt.
