Hi,
The from header says that who is the source of the request and the to header
says for which AOR the registration is happening. The Registration is of two
types.one is self regisrtation and the other is third party registration. In
case of third party registration the from and to headers are going to be
different.

In Register message.. "To" and "From address" are same.It using contact
message to Repond back.Any reason behind this why "From" and "To address"
are same in register message..
