You need to program the function keys. 

There is a snom button on the phone which opens the web browser for that phone. 
Then you can set up the LED keys. More information can be found in the snom 
wiki at http://snom.com/wiki/index.php/Snom360/Web_Interface/Function_Keys.

snom actually stopped working on the softphone some time ago. It is a faily old 
version already. If you want the latest stuff, you need to buy hardware...
