Hummm, AFAIK I didn't mean 3rd party registration, that is something
completely different (a phone registers a *different AoR* in his
location, not in a different location that is what I meant).

I think you meant:

   # TCP  from 10.10.0.111:12345 to registrar
   REGISTER sip:registrar SIP/2.0
   From: <sip:b...@domain.org>
   Contact: 10.10.0.111:5060;transport=TCP  <--- Same IP, same device
   To: <al...@domain.org>
