An endpoint receives an invite including audio and video offer, but the endpoint has no video capability. How does the endpoint respond this offer? It seems to me there is a RFC to talk about it, but I just could find it. RFC 6337 talks about behavior on receiving SDP with c=0.0.0.0. Is it the RFC to follow?
