Hi,

Encapsulation could be optional for mapping between SIP
& ISUP network.
That means, you could send INVITE with IAM  but receive
200 without ANM.
In this case only SIP dialog is setup.  I can't imagine
how this will be supported by control framework.

actually MediaCtrl agnostic.  The concept has been
designed specifically with this in mind.
I am still waiting for concrete reasons why it is not a
good match.
