Personally I think there will be occasions when knowing that media is
secured as far as a known PSTN gateway can be useful, so signing by the
gateway I think can still have some value. One way to achieve this would
be with an email-style SIP URI for the gateway. So I guess the questions
are:

1)Whether there is any value in a gateway signing with an E.164-based
SIP URI, e.g., sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED];user=phone, and if so
whether this needs a qualifier such a source=PSTN.

2) Whether there is any value in a qualifier such as source=PSTN even in
the absence of an RFC 4474 signature.
